As part of Domino’s Pizza’s global operations, the company required an innovative solution to simplify and enhance the management of coupons across thousands of stores worldwide. The existing system was built on a rudimentary, FTP-based architecture, where XML files were manually linked together to create and distribute coupons. This cumbersome and error-prone process lacked a user-friendly interface, making coupon management both tedious and inefficient

A  Coupon Management Application was proposed that would completely replace the outdated FTP-based system with a modern, intuitive interface. The solution was built with the following core features:

Visual XML Relationship Mapping

One of the key innovations in the application was the ability to visualize the relationships between XML files. Through interactive graphs and flow diagrams, users could see how various coupons were linked and how changes to one element might affect others.
